Thanks for the additional info, video and screenshot @djsunkisst. I spoke with engineering and they think the crash issue and stuttering issues are probably separate. As mentioned earlier, they have identified the crash issue and are working on a fix for it. Regarding this other issue, is it just the deck that has the Beatsource track loaded that stops or is it the whole app that stops playback? Thanks!
Hey there! Thanks for the response. I’ve been trying to diagnose the new problem today..still can’t figure it out. I turned off iCloud sync to see if that might be an issue. I’ve also turned off Spotlight for my Macbook. Still experiencing the dropouts.
My next thing is maybe trying a new controller. Do you have any suggestions?
Also any word on the Beatsource fix? No new crashes but I want to be confident that it’s gone.

Additionally to answer your question, the stutter actually happens on other sources, not just Beatsource. I may not have explained that very well the first time. It’ll happen with hard drive songs as well.
Here’s a video of the stutter. Hard to diagnose anything that’s happening on the screen or controller, but I hope it helps.
Good morning, just wanted to say I did receive a reply from Anaïs on the support team, and I am excited to give the new update a spin. I’ll be doing some test runs today, and I have 5 events back to back starting Friday that I’ll run the new update through if today’s test run goes well.

Hey just wanted to say that I think the problem was the USB C port I plugged into. (For the dropouts, seperate from the Beatsource issue which has also vanished now) I know there is a reference article somewhere by Algoriddim that mentions using the left versus the right side. I was using the right side, gave it try on the left and have not experienced any dropouts. For anybody with similar issues, try switching your port. The simplest thing, but it really works lol. Finally can breathe a sigh of relief.
