Crash on Android playing Apple Music for 1hr

I had to do a gig where they wanted country music for the first 2 hours before a line dance instructor came on so they sent me a playlist for it which I was streaming from Apple Music in the djay app. After an hour the tablet started slowing down and the interface went stuttery so I quickly played a song from CD before it crashed. I had to restart the tablet to get djay working properly again and then it played for another hour ok.

Normally I just use Apple Music for requests that I don’t have in my collection so I’ve never experienced this before as I don’t usually stream continuously from it.

I’ve tried replicating the issue this morning at home and it was repeatable. After 1 hour of playing exclusively from Apple Music the tablet started slowing down and the interface started stuttering. Then after another few minutes the djay app crashed and quit to the tablet home screen.
