Crossfader FX on older iPhones

I have an iPhone 7 (yes, old I know) and I don’t see all the crossfader fx options, specifically, neural mix. I have a full subscription to Djay Pro.

Currently, I’m using an iPad with Reloop Ready and it works perfectly. For portability, I tried using an old iPhone but it seems to lack all crossfader fx options. Notably, neural mix vocal sustain…my favorite fx.

I also have a pixel 8 with the same issue.

Lastly, I see documentation that an iPhone 7 only offers medium quality for neural mix. If I’m a lost cause trying to get the iPhone 7 to offer neural mix, what is the oldest iPhone I can pick up that offers Djay pro at 100%. In other words, what is the oldest iPhone I could use that allows full functionality in Djay Pro.

Hi @d.Jaebren, welcome to the Community! Please note that Crossfader FX are only supported on iOS devices with at least the A12 Bionic chip. So, iPhone XS or newer. If you want 100% Neural Mix quality, you need an iPhone 11 or newer. Please see below for more details. I hope that helps!

Thanks for the quick response.

Btw, I converted from Serato. I find Djay Pro far better suits my needs. Quick solutions to inquiries is a definite bonus!
