ddi wego2 fx buttons randomly stop working with dj pro

why do my fx buttons randomly stop working on my ddi wego 2? I checked the configurations and everything is mapped out where it should be but sometimes the fx buttons stop working. I also checked if maybe it was hardware but i tried the same fx button that stopped working on virtual dj and it works?! please help its realllll frustrating

Hi there,

please note while using the FX buttons of the Wego2 you can adjust the FX with the Jogwheel, 
have you tried that out?
