Dear Algoriddim Support Team,

I am contacting you because, after updating djay Pro to version 5.6.9, the jog wheel displays on my Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10 stopped working correctly.

Before the update, both jog wheel screens displayed the waveforms and track information as expected. After installing version 5.6.9, the displays stopped showing the waveforms and deck information and now show “NO AUDIO.”

My issue is specifically related to the DDJ-FLX10’s built-in jog wheel displays, not the main software interface.

Could you please confirm which version of djay Pro is fully compatible with the Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10 and supports its jog wheel displays correctly?

If version 5.6.9 has a compatibility issue, I would appreciate a link to the previous stable version that supports the DDJ-FLX10, along with instructions for restoring the waveform and deck information displays.

I would also appreciate confirmation of whether this issue is related to the latest software update or requires a specific driver, firmware, or configuration change.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response and a solution that restores the full functionality of my controller.

Best regards,

DJ RAV

Hi @New_Quen, welcome to the Community!

The DDJ-FLX10 jog wheel displays are fully supported in djay Pro for Mac, including 5.6.9, so there’s no need to roll back.

Another FLX10 user had the same thing happen after a recent update. Simply opening the **DDJ-FLX10 Setting Utility** on their Mac brought the jog displays back ([see their post](https://community.algoriddim.com/t/apple-os-27-updates/43234/18)). With your FLX10 connected and powered on, can you give that a try?

If the utility isn’t installed, you can grab it from AlphaTheta’s [DDJ-FLX10 support page](https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/controller/ddj-flx10/).

If that doesn’t sort it out, please let me know:

- Your macOS version, and whether you updated macOS around the same time as djay
- Your FLX10 firmware version
- A photo of the jog display showing the message

I hope that helps!
