How do I deselect tracks within iTunes so that they don’t play on the Djay Automix? I have some tracks that are in the main music folder and I don’t want to create a new playlist (I want to play from my main folder). I tried unticking the tracks in iTunes but they still played in Automix.

This is not possible.
I recommend using the Automix Queue. Press the “collapse” (arrow) button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Drag and drop the songs you want to Automix here.
