Porque. Djay 2 y djay pro para iPhone están baneados
Help me, I can’t find apps in the App Store—help me.
Why are Djay 2 and Djay Pro for iPhone banned?
Hi @Skymau5_El_Oso_Raton, in the future, please translate your posts into English. Neither of these apps are banned. djay 2 and djay Pro for iPhone/iPad are legacy apps that were retired a while back, so they aren’t sold on the App Store anymore. The only djay app there now is djay - DJ App & Mixer.
If you bought one of the old apps in the past, you can still re-install it — but only from the Apple Account that originally paid for it. Since your search came up empty, two things to check:
-
Confirm you’re signed into that same Apple Account, not a newer one.
-
Look in App Store > account photo > your name > Hidden Purchases — hidden apps never show up in the Purchased list.
One more tip: search just “djay” rather than the full name. Purchased items are listed under their original store names and the spelling has to match. I hope that helps!
Hello! It’s been a week since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!
Hi again @Skymau5_El_Oso_Raton, I’ve merged your new topic with your previous one. Please see the instructions I provided above. Also, please translate your posts into English. Thanks!
