I have tried connecting to tidal thru the app. It keeps saying “error something went wrong. Please try again if the error persists contact customer support. Then it said I have been blocked? After I tried connecting thru Wi-Fi. What is going on!?

This issue when logging in to TIDAL was due to a temporary outage on TIDAL’s end. This should be fixed now. Our apologies for the inconveniences this might have caused you yesterday.
