Djay pro app won't open

I bought djay pro 2 days ago and i couldnt open it after it was done downloading. i immediately sent a message to support@algoriddim.com but its been 2 days without a response. Could someone please help? i have my mac’s problem report available to you if you need.

same here, I download a demo version from your site, and can’t open. I’ve got a macbook pro with 10.9.5 osx

Macbook pro late 2008 with El Capitan 10.11.5 (but I tried to open some days before, with Yosemite) and the same…don’t open, and launch an error message.

Same problem! MacBook Pro El Capitan 10.11.6 Purchased djay pro today, have event in two days.
