Djay pro don't show the itunes library

Hello,

Djay not show the itunes library or any playlist, i tray to refresh library but don’t works. Only can i show spotify.

Make sure that when you start iTunes, you hold down the “option” key and select the correct iTunes database.

Once you do that, restart Djay Pro and it should work.

Is your iTunes in the default directory?

What is the FULL name of your iTunes database?

Have you tried reinstalling djay Pro?

Itunes Library selected (Itunes works fine) but Djay pro still don’t show anything.

No, i use only the hard drive on te Imac, i reinstall and no changes… Sometimes if i try to charge any song from historial shows “Osstatus error -54”.

Any other software like virtual dj, etc, works ok with itunes library.

Hi,

The same problems, Djay don’t show the itunes Library, i select again the itunes database on itunes, after reinstall the same, i install the last update, anything solve the problem.

I use djay for years and never has any problem on it…

Ok, guys the problem is solved.

Uninstalling the last security update for Yosemite solved the problem, Djay works fine again 1.3
