Impossible to Map my vestax Typhoon. When i move a knob nothing happen… But the Typhoon IS recognized…

can you tell us which Windows version you are using, have you updated to the Creators Update?

Thanks for the reply, I’m using Windows 10 Family Version 1703… I don’t even know Creators Update… How to update my Windows ?

I’ve just checked, I’ve the latest Windows Version…

In fact, when I open Djay Pro (I’m using the lite version with Spotify Premium), my Vestax Typhoon is recognised but when I try to move a knob or a fader, nothing appear in the midi configuration window…
However, the sound card is OK I can listen to the track in my headphone.
And my Vestax is fully operationnal when I’m using it with Virtual DJ…

I don’t get it… do I have to instal any drivers ? Or to check anything in windows for MIDI settings ?
