Djay pro software won't use my controllers outputs

Hi guys aqain. So i just bought reloop terminal mix 2 and i haave been using it now one day. I opened my djay pro and it let me use the dj controller but it didn’t let me use it for main output. All work but the software don’t let me use my controller output and I have been trying to report but it won’t work so what I should do?

have you accepted the mapping dialog and set the controller to the master output?
