I have a product key that came with the controller i have just purchased from the store. I am using the Demo version just now and on start up when i go to activate the product i get the error message:
“The license key you entered is incorrect
The license key you have entered is for a previous version of djay.”
Please can you help with this thank you.

the key you got might not be for djay Pro. The keys were handed out for djay 4/3, is there any further information saying which version the key is for?

No the only message that pops up is the one with error message stated above. Could you please point me in the direction of where to get compatible
software. I have a friend who also has the exact same problem
