DVS on Allen & Heath Xone 24C (iPad 6th Gen)

Hi, im having problems getting Algoriddim and my ipad synced up. The software is not recognising the mixer at all. I have subscribed to the pro version for DVS and switched the 24c to dvs mode. My set gear is as follows

  • Device model ipad 6th generation 2019
  • Version of operating system ipados 17.7.11
  • Version of djay 5.6.8
  • Hardware/controllers used Allen & Heath xone 24c

The only thing I can think of is the cord im using. It’s a budget usb c to lighting. Would that make a difference?

Hi @Me_Emm, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the setup details. Yes, it is most likely your budget USB-C to Lightning Adapter. In my experience, these are highly unreliable and not suitable for mission critical DJ use. I recommend that you purchase the official Apple Camera Adapter: Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter - Apple
