Has the Spotify team been notified about this issue? Has there been any updates from them?
Yes they are ware of the issue, but we donāt have any updates to share yet.

I do not have a screenshot but i have no reason to lie about this. I am a paying subscriber. It looks like you are actually trying to hide whatās happening here. I recommend you chat with Spotify support yourself if youāre actually curious
I think the mods response is fair. If you canāt share a screenshot of the message from Spotify support (which would not be hard to obtain/share) then please donāt spread misinformation that Spotify is removing support.
Please rest assured that we are actively investigating this with the highest priority.
At the moment, it appears to be a regional issue affecting a subset of Spotify users in the US, and it also seems to impact other DJ integrations. We have reported the issue to Spotify and are hopeful it will be resolved shortly.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are doing our best to resolve this temporary outage as quickly as possible. Thanks for understanding.
Thanks for uploading @brett_rosenberg. I appreciate it. It seems more the customer service agent did not understand the issue as opposed to anything bigger. But thanks for putting it on here so we can see the exact message.

At the moment, based on the reports we are seeing, this appears to be a temporary issue affecting a subset of Spotify users and integrations. We are actively investigating this with Spotify and have already escalated the issue on our side.
As support interactions can sometimes involve preliminary information during an active investigation, we would avoid drawing conclusions from individual responses while the issue is still being diagnosed.

Yesterday, I was super pissed!! This is one of the reasons I got Djay Pro in the first place!!!

And Nope, Iām not going to spend 13 more bucks on Apple Music. I have been using Spotify for 15 years!!
Also, their Customer Service sucks into giving the same message of ādid you turn it off and the back onā bs. No phone number, no letting us know when if it comes back or what going on.
Iām just given up at this point!

Hi, Iām having the same issue. Running Windows 10, everything is updated, and I tried all the steps above. If this is simply an outage, I sure hope they fix it soon. No DJn tonight for me ![]()
