YOUR QUESTION:

  1. When I connect my FLX4 to my computer it automatilcally swtiches to bluetooth, this issue its not only for me, a friend of mine also bought one and its happenning the same issue, we already changed the usb cable we don’t know what it’s going on

  1. Did you recently update to Windows 11 25H2?
  2. Is this a new issue with djay 5.6.5 or was it also happening on older versions?
  3. Please update the FLX4 to the latest firmware and retest: DDJ-FLX4 Firmware for Windows - AlphaTheta Help Center
  4. With the FLX4 connected to your Windows device via USB cable, please share a screenshot of the djay Settings>Audio Devices and Settings>MIDI Devices?
  5. If you disable Bluetooth on your Windows device, does the FLX4 connect properly?
