  • Do you have a Mac, iPad or iPhone?
  • Which iOS/OS X version is running on your device?
  • Which djay version are you using?
  • Do your songs appear in the Music app (or iTunes)?

Hi Chris,

What happens when you try to load a song? Are there any error messages?

Can you find the songs in the “Music” app (not iTunes) on your iPad? If yes, do the songs have an iCloud icon next to it?

hi my songs that i purchased from itunes all show up in djay but i downloaded now 86 album the first time i did the whole album it would not load into djay programme?

Thanks for reply. On my ipad the songs are in itunes music but when i search for them in algoriddim to play in the djay programme it cannot find them or the album. cheers
