Headphone out of Sync using Iphone SE

Have headphone out of sync on iphone se

I’m using djay2 for iphone

When i start to pre-cue to match tracks the song on the headphones have a little delay compared with the song on the output source making impossible to match tracks.

How can i solve this ?

I’m using any regular headphones, the griffin dj cable and for the output a cable that goes to a UE boom2 Speaker.

Is the speaker connected via Bluetooth?
