Hi I cannot seem to get my voice to work on Djay. I am on a Mac and have Mavericks and the latest version of Djay. Any suggestions?

Hi Colleen,

What is your Devices setup? Please open “Preferences” from the “djay” menu and go to “Devices”. Also, after setting up your mic, please tap the mic icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Is the mic turned on?

When you speak into your mic, can you see the levels go up in the mic panel in djay? Also, can you use your headset with other apps on your Mac?

Microphone is ticked
and yes the mic is turned on
It is only since i switched to Mavericks that i have had this problem

No I do not see any levels and yes it works with anything else I use.
