How can I make it so channel 1-2 is the main and comes out of the speaker and make channel 3-4 through my headphones

Music does not come out the speaker when its connected to aux an the controller but managed to get it working however now its only coming out either from speaker or from headphones but not letting me mix with pre-cueing
Someone help me I got an iPad Air
