Hi. I installed the complete FX pack on an older PC and I’ve installed the DJPro app on this PC but its telling me the FX pack is purchased, but no option to install it?
How do I get it installed?

Welcome to our Community and thanks for reaching out about this. If you’ve purchased the FX pack for djay Pro for Windows, and the Microsoft Store is telling you that it is purchased, then you should find all of the FX available in djay Pro for Windows. Could you please confirm that this is the case for you currently? When you navigate to the FX panel in djay, what do you find there?
If the problem persists, could you please tell me what djay Pro version you’re currently using, as well as what OS is running on your PC? Thanks in advance!
