Since spotify not working I signed up for apple music but it won’t let me log in. What do I do?

  1. Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Streaming music requires sufficient bandwidth, so weak or intermittent connections may cause playback interruptions.
  • If possible, switch to a reliable Wi-Fi network or restart your router.
  • If you are using a VPN, please try disabling it.
  1. Restart djay
  • Fully close the djay app and reopen it.
  • Restarting can resolve minor glitches or temporary connection issues between djay and your streaming service.
  1. Log out and back in
  • Open djay’s settings and go to the Library tab.
  • Log out of your streaming service, then log back in.
  • This step refreshes the authentication between djay and your streaming account, which can resolve most connection problems.
