# I reached out to Roland

I reached to Roland about compatibility and they responded with this. I was hoping that maybe someone from Algorridim could contact them and maybe help get the 707M mapped. If it worked for the DDJ 400 & CDJS, I know it can work for Roland.

Thanks for the information @E_Flem. That’s really interesting. I’ve shared this information with the rest of the team. We’ll keep you posted with any news regarding support for this controller in this thread:

Thanks, they seemed interested yet clueless about the software or potential customers.

As I stated before, having the 808 drums as a paid add on looper would also be of great use for both companies.
