Instrument Echo STEM Issue

I have the same issue with the Mac version (MacOs 15.4.1, DjayPro 5.3.1) I noticed doing a deck reset will remove the effect but its becoming a pita.

Thanks for the follow up @DJKamyR and @VictorWood. I will make sure the engineering team is aware. I’ll report back as soon as I have more news.

My mistake @DJKamyR and @VictorWood. Looks like I mixed this up with a different fix. Our engineering team was able to replicate this issue and is working on a fix. I’ll report back when I have more news. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Thank you…. Your Team is doing a great job. Thank you all

You’re welcome @DJKamyR. Thanks for the positive feedback!

@Slak_Jaw there is another problem, the tempo is not reset after the transition. See video

Thanks for the additional info and videos. I’ll let the team know…

Hi @DJKamyR, engineering has identified the issue and is working on a fix. This should be included in an upcoming release (likely 5.3.2). Thanks!

Thank you very much, you are doing a great job.

@Slak_Jaw I discovered yesterday that the echo problem doesn’t just occur with automix, but also when, for example, you’re in hardware mode and turn on the Crossfader FX neural mix. Then the echo also sporadically hangs.

Pls. fix this soon it is very embarrassing at a gig

Hi @DJKamyR, thanks for the additional info.

@Slak_Jaw
Hi Slak_Jaw, any updates on this?
Thanks

I’m waiting too. This bug raises my blood pressure :laughing:

Hi @DJKamyR and @BlackJack, this should be fixed in the upcoming 5.3.2 update. We do not have an official release date for this, but it shouldn’t be long now. Thanks!

Sorry, friends, but somehow it’s not working anymore. The auto-mix transition is no longer audible at all. It’s more like the old song is switched off and the new one fades in very quietly. It’s not working at all anymore; it doesn’t overlap at all. It’s no fun.

@Slak_Jaw @NathanielAlgo
The transition is now only possible with echo, which is terrible. It used to be the same as manual mixing: using the crossfader FX with neural mix, allowing you to blend vocals or instruments. Why did you change that? It just doesn’t sound good.

Hi @DJKamyR, I’m not sure I fully understand the issue from the video. Is it that Neural Mix Harmonic Sustain doesn’t behave as expected? If so, can you reproduce this when using Crossfader FX in the 2 deck mode (Classic) with NM Harmonic Sustain selected? Thanks!

@Slak_Jaw
Exactly, in 2-deck mode I can mix it very well with Harmonic Sustain, but in Automix it sounds terrible. In Automix it still retains the echo in the new song for a short time at the beginning. That sounds very bad. It’s not the case in 2-deck mode. But I also don’t understand why it’s no longer possible to crossfade with Vocal Sustain or Vocal Out in Automix. Please include that. I’ve never used Harmonic.

Thank you

@Slak_Jaw
In Auto Mix, the new track doesn’t come in directly, but only three halfway through the crossfade. I Think thats the Issue
