During my gig last night the iPad temporarily lost connection with the rane several times I had to restart to make it stop. I was not touching anything at the time of the disconnect

Hi @Five-0, this sounds like a USB cable, USB socket or interference issue. First, make sure you are using a high quality, properly shielded cable with dual ferrites. If you are, then I would try a different USB cable and check the USB sockets on the RANE One and your iPad for any debris or looseness. I would also try connecting to the other USB socket on the back of the RANE One.
