iPad screen unresponsive

iPad mini 7 cellular running latest version djay pro and iOS, screen becomes unresponsive in pro mode when connected to mixtour pro. Controller still controls app. Switching to hardware mode makes it responsive again. Switching back to pro also works but becomes unresponsive again. Happened at two separate gigs, one rubbing tidal streaming and one running internal tracks.

  1. Please confirm your actual djay and iOS version numbers.
  2. What DJ controller and firmware version are you using?
  3. I am unable to reproduce this on my setup, can you please capture a short video and share it here?

My apologies. iOS 18.5 and djay pro 5.3.2

However, I misspoke about my mixtour pro firmware being up to date. It was 1.01 not 1.02. I updated this and luckily cannot recreate the screen becoming unresponsive. I’ll report back here if it does this again even with the firmware update but that may have been it.

Thanks for the additional info @DJ_Venn. That’s good news! Most likely the old firmware was the problem. I’ll consider this solved for now, but if the issue returns, please capture and share a short video of it here. Thanks!
