# Is it possible to buy a monthly subscription?

YOUR QUESTION:

1. Hey there! I am planning on testing out the pro features at a few of my friends’ parties over the next month. I was wondering if anybody knew if there was an option to purchase the Pro subscription on a monthly basis. Every time I go to purchase a subscription in the app, it only gives me the option for a yearly subscription, which I can’t justify getting rn. Can anybody help?

Hi @Jlockhar5243, welcome to the Community! Monthly djay PRO does exist. So if djay is only offering you the yearly option on your Mac, that’s not how it’s meant to look.

Two things to try:

1. Open djay’s page in the **Mac App Store** and buy the monthly plan from the **In-App Purchases** list there instead of from inside the app.
2. If that still doesn’t go through, install djay on an iPhone or iPad and subscribe monthly there — sign in to the same **djay account** and it unlocks PRO on your Mac too.

Which region is your App Store account set to? That’ll help narrow this down. Thanks!
