Is it possible to change default Keyboard Shortcuts on Mac?

I’d like to be able to make custom shortcuts that are different from the default. I’m able to see a list from > Help > Keyboard Shortcuts, but cannot change them.

i.e. Adding to Queue is CMD + Arrow Left/Right (on Mac)

Since I’m coming from Traktor and Serato, my muscle memory is used to Shift + Arrow Left/Right.

It’d be cool if you can have a keyboard shortcut changing feature within your UI. (Dota 2 off Steam made by Valve has a good Overlay for this exact thing)
