Good day, I authorized the payment for the trial version and nothing happened. Version for Windows. Installed from the Microsoft store today. Please advise what to do with it..Thanks

Do you have another device that you can try processing your payment on? The djay trial and subscription can be used cross platform on Windows, Android, iOS and macOS. Often when there’s an issue with a particular platform you can bypass it by using one of the others. For more info on using djay cross platform, please refer to the linked FAQ:
