I have used Djay pro for about 3 years now. I do not recall running into this problem before but yesterday I noticed a couple of things while playing at a wedding. Here are my system specs: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Controller is Vestax VCI 400.
Ok, so first thing I notice while playing is the awful lag when looking for songs in my external hard drive. My external hard drive is a Seagate and my first question is if I can make the process of looking for a song any faster.
Second thing I notice is, while dragging songs to a deck Djay Pro does not let me drop a song. I have to click the track and load by clicking “load on deck 1” “load on deck 2” Also the process of dragging a track to a deck is extremely lagging.
Third, There is alot of lag when clicking on folders or simply searching for music.
Fourth, Sync is out of sync.
Fifth, why can’t I access my previous FX purchases that I bought with DJay pro 1!
