Jog pitch bend not working with WeGo 2

Just bought a Wego 2 and sometimes when I drag a tune to the right deck, the jog wheel will not let me speed up or slow tunes down on the side of it (not the top of the platter). Does anyone else have this problem?

Is it a certain type of file that this affects, a glitch in the hardware or software?
I dont seem to have this problem when I fire up Virtual DJ but would much prefer to use djay.

  • Do you have a Mac, iPad or iPhone?
  • Which djay version are you using?
  • What exactly happens when you try to pitch-bend with the jogwheels?
