Hi @Johan_Rosenberg1, thanks for the details about your setup and the issue. Are you using Airpods or other Bluetooth headphones with your Mac by chance? If so, can you please try preventing them from connecting to your Mac an retest? Thanks!
I dont use any bluetooth devices.
Thanks for confirming @Johan_Rosenberg1, strange issues like this are usually caused by a connection issue or interference.
- Are you using the (built-in) MIDI mapping or a custom edit?
- How exactly are you connecting your Mac to the controller? Any USB adapters or hubs?
- Are you using a high-quality, properly shielded USB cable with dual ferrites?
- If you could try to replicated the issue and catch it on video that would be very helpful in troubleshooting this further.
Thanks for the reply @Johan_Rosenberg1. Sounds like an unusual issue indeed. Hopefully you can catch it on video and it will provide me with some more clues to help troubleshoot it with you further. I can’t think of anything else to suggest at the moment, but I’ll post here if anything else comes to mind. Thanks!
