Thanks for the additional info @Turf_Daz

1. So you were running djay 5.6.5 and everything was fine?
2. This started after updating to djay 5.6.6 that was released about a week ago?
3. Are you running the 2.01 REV7 firmware from AlphaTheta ([DDJ-REV7 Firmware for Mac - AlphaTheta Help Center](https://support.alphatheta.com/en-US/articles/5321811361177?product=4416585726873))?
4. Did you do anything else on your Mac other than update from djay 5.6.5 to 5.6.6 (ex. macOS update, TimeMachine recovery, new software installation, etc.)?
5. What source(s) are you using for your tracks (ex. Local Music, My Files, USB Library, External Apps)?
6. Are you also using Apple Music Streaming?
7. What is your exact workflow for adding tracks to djay?
8. Are your songs stored on your Mac internal drive or on an external?
9. Have you recently moved the files on your Mac or renamed anything?

Thanks for linking these issues @Armigo. I think you’re potentially on to something here.

@Turf_Daz, can you please try rolling back to macOS 15.7.1 or upgrading to Tahoe and retesting? Thanks!

Hi @Turf_Daz, I spoke with our engineers about this. If you use My Collection can you please try reimporting all your music again via dragging the folder/files from Finder and dropping them into the My Collection Music playlist? This might help as it will recreate the bookmarks, which might work around the problem.

Hi @Turf_Daz, no you will not lose your cue points and saved loops. However, just to be safe, I recommend that you backup your **djayMediaLibrary** database file to the cloud or an external drive first:

> **[How to find your djay data and move it to a new device | Algoriddim Support](https://help.algoriddim.com/topic/using-djay/where-does-djay-store-data?os=mac)**
>
> This guide explains where djay stores playlists, cue points, MIDI mappings, recordings, and other user data on macOS and Windows — and how to move that data to a new device.

You’re welcome. No, crates should be fine too. My Collection playlists and the Queue are also saved in the djayMediaLibrary database. If you’re worried about it, you could also do a full system backup via something like Time Machine first.
