AFAIK all available audio outputs are selectable for main, cue and booth (this includes BT for example).

Yes, you can set up the master and pre-cueing channels as you’ve described by setting up the audio outputs as you’d like in djay, just as @Mister_Tuur shared. Here’s a screenshot of what this could look like in djay’s settings:
