Could anyone give me advice on how to get the lights on the controls of my Numark Mixdeck Express to work. I have mapped all the basic controls but no lights. I think it’s something I’m not doing in advanced mapping? It all works in Virtual DJ!
BTW I’m using the latest version of DJpro and Windows 10.
Hi @Rodders, you need to expand the Advance Control Options section and enable MIDI Out. Please refer to the MIDI Mapping section from the Windows User Manual below for more info. If you still have questions after reviewing it, just let me know and I can help you further.
Hi, I have tried ticking this midi out box. It made no difference to the lights except while trying different things in the advance menu while remapping the play button the track displays light up with all information in the screen. I’m a bit lost at this point any further advice would be helpful.
I don’t like giving up as I have mapped most of the other controls but it’s the lighting of the different controls that’s an issue.
Hi @Rodders, I recommend you start with something basic like a cue point pads first. Try enabling MIDI Out for Cue Point 1 and share a short video of the mapping and results. Then I might be able to provide further assistance.
