May iTunes Library on external HD does not appear

My iTunes library is on a external hard drive and does not appear on Djay.

I’ve tried the usual things : refreshing djay, rebuilding my entire library xml files and, of course, check the checkbox « Share my iTunes library xml with other applications ».

I tried an other soft (Mixxx) and it works perfectly!

My mac run on macOS Sierra (10.12)
My Day Pro version is 1.3.1

Hi Xavier FlORIAN,

is your library being displayed in iTunes? Can you please go to the iTunes settings and make sure that under the “Advanced Preferences” the right library is being displayed?

Thank you for the follow up.
Can you try the following and start iTunes while press holding the ALT key.
After doing so please select the preferred library at your external hard drive and open djay afterwards.

I hope this little refersh is solving the problem.

My library is being displayed in iTunes. The right library is being displayed under the « Advanced Preferences » on iTunes.

Hi,
I am not certain to understand well your question. On iTunes all my library is accessible. It is also the case with the software Mixxx. On the other hand, Djay pro does not find my iTunes library or, at least, does not show any piece of music. It is simply does not work !
