Mix/Cue problems and FX on decks 3 & 4 not working

When turning the Cue/Mix knob to the Cue position, the Cued deck gets a very very low volume. Turning it to the Mix position, the sound is very loud and clear. I mapped the SAMPLER VOL knob to use as CUE/MIX just for testing. It worked when the original CUE/MIX was in CUE position, but again the volume is very low. If the original knob is in Mix position, it doesn’t work.

I tried on Windows 11 and this problem didn’t happen, the Cue/Mix knob works perfectly as it should, so it’s not a hardware problem.

Also, the FX 1 - FX 3 on/off buttons do not work when decks 3 or 4 are selected. They always opperate on decks 1 or 3 FXs. The app does not recognize that we have changed the decks.

Hi @Carlos_Alexandre_Cam, thanks for the details about your setup and the issue.

  1. Do these issues exist when you use the (built-in) MIDI mappings on iOS?
  2. How exactly are you connecting the DDJ-SR to your iPad? Are you using any adapters or hubs?
  3. Are you trying to power the DDJ-SR entirely off your iPad or are you using a powered USB Hub?
  4. Since this sounds repeatable, can you please capture and share a short video of the issue to help clarify what’s happening?
