Mixtrack Platinium FX Effects Pad Quit Working

The effects buttons have quit working as they do not activate when the paddle is in the on position. This happens with both paddles and all 6 effects buttons. Adjusting the Wet/Dry know has no effect

Hi @DJ-TOMYB, thanks for the details about your setup and the issue. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Can you please confirm if you are using the (built-in) MIDI mapping or a custom edit?
