hey there, i have been a fan of this program for a long time and use it while djing in clubs. everthing worked fine for a year at least, but lately every 30 minutes or so, the music is suddenly very delayed for a few seconds. it sounds like going into slowmotion for a moment and then it’s back to normal.
i have tried closing all other programs to free RAM, i have restarted the macbook and then only openend algoriddim, still the same.
i even bought a new macbook, because i thought it was a memory issue. same thing keeps happening. it’s very annoying, totally kills the mood on the dancefloor.
i know there are a lot of more high end products out there, i have tried most of them, but i always come back to this one, because i really like the surface and the way it works. it would be very sad for me if i had to switch to another program.
macbook air, djay pro 1.3.1 (but also happend with the previous version, bluetooth & wlan is switched off and the book is always connected with power. anyone aware of this problem ?
It happens in slip mode for me. When breaking a song (0.4 stop time) occasionally the song goes to super slow motion.

Are you using an external controller besides djay Pro, if yes which one?
Which operating system is running on your Macbook Air?

Could you further describe how you are using djay Pro for mixing, do you use the Automix, if yes with which settings?
Also the extreme slow motion, have you managed to find steps to reproduce the issue or do you feel like some setting is provoking the speed loss?
By the way, do you use Spotify as audio source?

I tried to reproduce your setting but the songs only slowed down for the 0.4 stop time, like they supposed to.
Can you think of another setting you are might using which could lead to the freezes?

no im not using a controller . Im totally fine with the trackpad of my computer.
My operating system is El Capitan 10.11.5 . but i had this problem also under Moutain Lion. I just read some other topics and learned that this is not a new problem. Do you have any solutions already ?

no im not using Automix. I’m mixing manuel and using my itunes playlists no spotify.
It just happens while a song is playing without doing anything. There is nothing what you can do just wait a couple of seconds and then its back to normal. Sometimes instead of the slowmotion it is the other way around like a fast forward. Its like the song freezes and it has to catch up to the exact time point. I hope you understand what i mean . Im from germany
