Hello im trying to sign in my account to a new device its doesnt load when open Djay on Macbook and I go to preferences and i click on my Djay its just load for few seconds and its shows blank page. Even when I try to open it on Safari, it doesnt load the page
Hi @Brown_bkp, since the sign-in page also won’t load in Safari, the problem is probably between your Mac and the sign-in page, not with djay itself.
Which device did you buy your PRO subscription on? If it was through the App Store with the same Apple ID you’re using on the MacBook, you can skip the account sign-in for now. Open Settings > My djay and click Restore Purchases. The djay account is mainly for using one subscription across different platforms.
To help me narrow this down, could you tell me:
- Your djay version and macOS version
- The address you tried to open in Safari
- Whether the subscription was bought on iPhone/iPad, Android, or Windows
A screenshot of the blank page would help too. Thanks!
Same issue with me
Thanks for the screenshot @Brown_bkp.

Hi @jhonm733, can you please also share your complete setup details and answer the same questions I posted above? Thanks.
I got my subscription from microsoft windows and i open Djay pro on my Macbook to logging via my microsoft account in my Djay the link it directed to me doesnt load and when i tried to open accounts.algoriddim.com
Thanks @Brown_bkp, that clears up a lot. Because your subscription came from the Microsoft Store, Restore Purchases on the Mac won’t find it. Store purchases only restore through the store they were bought in. To use it on your MacBook, you’ll need a djay account linked to the subscription:
- On your Windows PC, open Settings > My djay and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Check that PRO shows as active there.
- On the MacBook, sign in under Settings > My djay with the same Microsoft login.
That still leaves the blank page on the Mac. Could you tell me:
- Your macOS version (Apple menu > About This Mac). djay requires macOS 10.15 Catalina or later.
- Your djay version
- Whether Safari shows any error at accounts.algoriddim.com if you type is directly into your browser, or just a blank page
Thanks!
This what have doing and the page doesnt load even within Djay app itself itsload on the top left for some seconds then it stop loading and shows blank with no sign of loading my Macbook is 2012 catalina
Thanks @Brown_bkp, Catalina is still supported by djay (it requires macOS 10.15 or later), so your Mac should be able to sign in. That makes this worth a closer look on our end, and I’m flagging it with the team.
A few more details will help us pin it down:
-
Your djay version (djay Pro > About djay Pro)
-
Your Safari version (Safari > About Safari)
-
Did signing in under Settings > My djay on your Windows PC work?
-
If you have Chrome or Firefox on the MacBook, does accounts.algoriddim.com load there?
I have Djay pro 5.6.9 on Macbook and it doesnt logging into my account inside the Djay app under settings itself
Also the site adress didnt go through when using other browser even on my phone browser ‘accounts.algoriddim.com doesnt load on my iphone browser i tried google chrome it still doesnt load the page
I tried to open accounts.algoriddim.com on my iphone browser it still doesnt load
Thanks @Brown_bkp, that’s a big help. That address doesn’t load for me either. Let’s find the real one:
- In djay, open Settings > My djay.
- When the blank window appears, click Open in Safari at the top right.
- Post a screenshot showing the full address in Safari’s address bar.
For me, on iOS, macOS and Windows I see: https://app.algoriddim.com/signin. Also, I logged out of My djay Account on all 3 of my devices then logged back in with no issues, so the sign-in website seems to be functioning normally.
I will try that then send the screenshot
Sounds good @Brown_bkp
Thanks @Brown_bkp, those screenshots tell us a lot.
The padlock next to app.algoriddim.com in Safari shows your Mac is reaching the sign-in page, so your internet connection isn’t the problem. The page just isn’t displaying, which points to Safari on Catalina.
In the meantime, could you try these:
- Check Safari > About Safari and let me know the version number.
- Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Software Update and install any Safari updates it offers, then try signing in from djay again.
- If you have Chrome or Firefox on the MacBook, open https://app.algoriddim.com/signin there and tell me if the sign-in page appears.
Thanks for sticking with this!
It works now but on mozila firefox i think the safari browser is the issue
Great news @Brown_bkp, and thanks for testing that. Firefox loading the page while Safari doesn’t confirms the problem is Safari on Catalina, not your account or your connection.
One more question: after signing in through Firefox, does djay on your MacBook now show you signed in under Settings > My djay, with your PRO features unlocked?
If it doesn’t, let me know. And if you get a chance, I’d still like to know your Safari version (Safari > About Safari).
Yes when i installed mozila and i set mozila as default browser it shows on my dj app and it replaced open with safari to Open with mozila browser
That’s great to hear @Brown_bkp, glad you’re signed in now! Thanks for sticking with this and testing everything along the way. It made tracking this down much easier.
For anyone else on macOS Catalina who sees a blank sign-in window, here’s what worked:
- Install Firefox.
- Set it as your default browser in System Preferences > General > Default web browser.
- In djay, go to Settings > My djay and click the Open in Firefox button (it replaces Open in Safari).
- Sign in there.
@jhonm733, if you’re on Catalina too, give this a try and let us know how it goes. I hope that helps!
