My dream iPad Audio Interface

We need a small, compact iPad audio interface with the following features:-

  1. Standard USB interface (for use with a standard USB lightning cable, not proprietry cables)

  2. Internal rechargeable battery with ability to charge iPad.

  3. Ability to run off mains power while charging both internal battery and iPad

  4. RCA and balanced XLR main outputs

  5. Headphone output (separate channel from main)

  6. Dedicated hardware controls for Main output volume, headphone volume and cue/mix balance

  7. Microphone input (combi XLR / 1/4 inch socket) with dedicated volume control and on/off button

  8. If it could be integrated with a collapsible stand for the iPad, that would be great too!
