No acces to music, itunes, spotify

Dear all,

Since one week, I couldn’t use Djay2 on ipad. I bought this version (6 months ago) and previously I have acces to Spotify (premium).
since one week, when I want choose music, the application freeze imediatly and I must reboot it.
When I look for spotify or Itunes, no acces is proposed.
Could you help me, I have a party and the friends expected me the music ?

Frist off, please make sure you’re running the latest djay 2 update.

Does this happen with any track and with both libraries, iTunes and Spotify?
Can you play the iTunes files at the iPad “Music” app?

Also, please kindly provide some information about your iPad (model, iOS version).

I have the latest update.
I couldn’t access to any library. No itune, no spotify, no any track are available.
If I use the button to add music, the application freeze.
