I recently Joined Promo Only and immediately started experiencing problems with DJ Pro. First it would not register my USB, Spotify, iTunes at the same time only two at a time. Then it started crashing upon startup. I’ve uninstalled without success. Then I uninstalled POOL, and DJ Pro. Now it works again, but I need these two apps to work together otherwise I am unable to access new music.
How can we resolve this?
