Has anyone experimented with using the Novation Launch Control XL 3 as a supplemental DJ controller?
I recently picked one up and have been spending the last couple of days building a custom mapping for djay Pro. My “personal Jarvis” (ChatGPT 
) and I have been throwing around ideas, and I think we’re onto something that could actually be useful for the DJ community.
The idea isn’t to replace your main controller—it’s to expand it. If you’re using a smaller controller with limited knobs, buttons, or faders, the Launch Control XL 3 gives you instant hands-on access to effects, filters, Neural Mix stems, EQ, and other controls without constantly reaching for the mouse or digging through the software.
This is the mapping I’ve come up with so far. It’s still a work in progress, but I think it has a lot of potential. I’d love to hear your ideas, suggestions, or see how you would map it. If enough people are interested, I’d be happy to share the finished mapping with the community.

If anyone is interested in the mapping let me know. I created it already. I also created a page 2 that controls only the neural mix (stems performance) including the routing effects to each stem individually. The launch control xl3 makes a great supplement to any small dj controller. I can send you both pages mapping for the novation launch control xl3 if you like

there’s no fee brother, we do this because we love DJ’ng. Anything to help out the community. Just send me an email. DJ pro lets me export the mapping file so I can send it to you. let me know it’s you otherwise I just spam emails
You can also simply upload your MIDI Mapping file here @bikerboi3. Then neither of you need to share your email addresses publicly.
