Numark iDJ Pro does not recognize my iPad 2

I did a software update on my I Pad 2 (9.3.5) it is now not not syncing /charging when docked into the Numark iDJ Pro? Need help asap

Whats the fix?

thank you for the follow up. I see, I am sorry to tell you but if the iPad is not getting recognised (-not charging) I assume you contact Numark and inform them about the issue.

Sorry that I can not help you here but this looks like an Hardware issue.

The I Pad was working fine with the IDJ unit, has been for years, its only when I updated the OS on the iPad that it now doesn’t work? I have seen other posts on this topic by other users but not seen any answers?

In answer to your question ‘Did the iPad charge with a lower iOS version’ in the IDJ dock…YES. And the iPad still charges outside of the IDJ dock.
