Outputing video to TV why are 3 screens on my TV?

Hello,

I downloaded a .mp4 when I play it, I see three screens on my MacBook and 3 screens on the TV. What setting do I need to change so that I see only one screen on my TV?

Hi @AItheDJakaMT, I don’t have access to my Mac at the moment. However, on iOS if you disconnect then reconnect your HDMI cable while in Video Mode, you get the option to Show Video Output. There should be a similar option on macOS.
