Pioneer DDJ SR doesn't communicate well with Djay Pro

last weekend i DJ a wedding. right after i set up and ready to play my Pioneer ddi sr did not communicate with djay pro, what could’ve happened?

Yes, I closed the app in my computer and shut off my laptop. May is my controller that is not communicating with my laptop.
