Pre cue not working with the Mixtrack Quad from Numark.

Hi,
I am using Djay Pro with my Numark Mixtrack Quad, a native controller. When I plugged it into my computer, the software said that the pre cues were going through the mixtrack quad, but when I put on my head phones, there was no noise. The headphones work but I don not know what to do. Anyone know what to do? All of the channels where on and had volume through the speakers, but the head phones didn’t even though the pre cue light was on.

Hi Lukas,
The pre cueing has started working fine on its own, however it is only coming through one side of my headphones. The left to be exact.
