Pre-cueing config wont accept my MC6000MC2

My Djay pro and MC6000MK2 were playing nice together. Now whenever i attempt to configure my pre-cueing in preferences I get a pause in the audio for about 5-10 secs then it reverts back to “none”. I can hear a track through my speakers but nothing in my headphones. Any ideas?

after changing the audio setup and after the pause is the pre cueing working?

Nope. When the configuration reverts back to “none” the headphone icons disappear on the interface.
