pre-cueing no sound headphones mac djay pro

anyone else have this problem? cant seem to hear anything from headphones when using reloop beatpad w mac and djay pro.

Please double check the djay Pro “Devices” Preferences. Click on “Internal” and make sure your controller is chosen for both, Main Output (Channel 1-2) and Pre-Cueing Channel 3-4). Click on “Apply” afterwards.
